purchase policy

  • All purchases of classes, packages, memberships and merchandise are final.
  • Credits and memberships are non-transferable, except as allowed under our refund policy.
  • Packages and memberships have clear expiry dates which cannot be extended.

 

Online & App purchases:

  • By purchasing, you agree that your classes and membership access may begin immediately and you waive your right to cancel under cooling-off rules.

Studio Seventeen Pilates Limited complies with the UK GDPR and Data protection Act 2018.

We collect and process:

  • Contact details (name, email phone number).
  • Health information relevant to exercise safety.
  • Booking and payment data (via Mindbody)

 

Why we collect it:

  • To manage your bookings (contractual necessity).
  • To communicate with you about classes (legitimate interest).
  • To send marketing (only with your consent).

 

Your rights:

  • To access, update, or delete your data.
  • To withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
  • To complain to the ICO if you believe we’ve mishandled your data.

 

Data Retention:

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations.

Refund / return policy

  • Studio Seventeen Pilates does not offer refunds.
  • If a class cannot be attended due to illness, injury or another reason, you may receive a class credit or gift voucher.
  • Credits can be used for future bookings and gift vouchers can be transferable to a family member or friend.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to avoid losing the session.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours will result in the class being deducted from your package.
  • Waitlist enrollment: if a space opens, you will be automatically added in the order in which you joined the waitlist, on a first come first served basis. Please cancel promptly if you cannot attend.
  • The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, your class credit will be returned.

 

This policy is consistent with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as a fair and proportionate term.

Terms and Conditions

By using Studio Seventeen Pilates services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all health & safety instructions.
  • Wear grip socks in every class for safety and hygiene.
  • Arrive on time. Entry may be refused to late arrivals once a class has begun.
  • Bookings must be made through the Mindbody app. You are responsible for checking confirmations.
  • Respect the studio environment and keep belongings in designated areas.

 

Belongings: We are not liable for loss/damage to personal property.

Changes: We may adjust timetables, instructors or policies when necessary, but will always provide fair notice and ensure services remain of the same quality.
