The energy behind every move

Studio Seventeen Pilates was co-founded by Jessica, whose background in dance, fitness and wellness shapes everything we do. With a lifelong passion for movement and holistic wellbeing, Jess blends her expertise in Pilates, nutrition and mindset to create lasting results that extend beyond the reformer.

Her vision is simple: to build a luxury Pilates experience that leaves every client feeling stronger, more balanced and deeply confident, both in and out of the studio.

Jessica

Jessica has been moving to the rhythm of fitness and wellbeing her entire life. With a background in dance, she trained at the renowned Stella Mann Theatre School and went on to open her own dance school at the age of 19, in 2010. Alongside this, she worked in the fitness industry from the age of 16, gaining nearly a decade of hands-on experience in gyms before following her growing passion for holistic wellness.

During lockdown, Jessica deepened her practice with yoga teacher training, before qualifying in both Mat and Reformer Pilates in 2025. She believes movement and wellbeing go hand in hand and she lives by her philosophy, embedding Pilates into her own daily routine to feel stronger, healthier and more balanced.

With her vibrant, energetic personality and infectious positivity, Jessica brings every class to life. She creates an atmosphere where clients feel instantly at ease, always taking the time to ensure everyone feels comfortable, supported and seen.

Studio Seventeen is the true expression of Jessica’s philosophy and energy: a space that radiates her passion for movement, positivity and community, and where every detail is designed to make clients feel welcome, empowered and inspired.

Tracey

Tracey discovered Reformer Pilates as a way to help her body recover and rebuild strength and it quickly became a passion that transformed how she moved, felt and lived. She believes that developing a strong core is the foundation for everyone, not just athletes and that smart, consistent training is the key to protecting your body and enjoying an active lifestyle for years to come.

Her classes focus on building strength, stability, mobility and flexibility, all while emphasising good technique to get the best possible results. For Tracey, seeing her clients grow in ability and confidence is the most rewarding part of teaching.

Known for her upbeat energy and thoughtful instruction, Tracey creates a space where clients can challenge themselves, have fun and move with purpose. Her sessions are designed to be dynamic, enjoyable and motivating – bringing together a community of like-minded people who want to feel stronger, move better and live well.
