Studio Seventeen Classes

Dynamic and energising, our instructor-led classes are designed to challenge and support every level. Each 45-minute session is guided by one of our expert teachers, energy sets the pace and keeps the whole room moving. You’ll move together through powerful, purposeful sequences that build strength, control and confidence, where every movement feels intentional.

On-Demand Sessions

For the days you want to move on your own time, our On-Demand sessions offer total flexibility. Choose from hundreds of guided workouts, ranging from 20 to 45 minutes, selecting from focused sessions or sport-specific training, plus challenges to keep you motivated over time. Each session is led by an expert instructor on screen, offering clear cues and expert guidance to keep your form strong and your flow consistent, capturing our signature Studio Seventeen energy.

Beginner

This beginner class will give you a gentle introduction to Reformer Pilates, focusing on posture, breathing and alignment.

A beginner friendly core class to build strength, balance and stability.

Intermediate

A stronger paced core workout with abdominal and oblique focus.

An intermediate full body sculpting session to build strength, length and endurance.

Advanced

A dynamic class that blends powerful, strength-building moves with fluid, restorative flows. Expect to feel the burn, build core strength and leave balanced, energised and empowered.

High intensity full body advanced reformer class to test strength and stamina.

Restorative

Calming stretch session to release tension and improve flexibility.
